- Generally, funds added to a user's League11 account are non-refundable. These funds can be used to join contests, access features, and participate in various activities on the platform.
Exceptions
There are limited exceptions where a refund may be considered:
- Cancellation before Contest Start: If a user makes a payment for a paid contest but wishes to cancel, a refund may be possible only if the cancellation request is received by League11 at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the contest round for which the payment was made.
- Technical Issues: If a technical issue on the League11 platform prevents a user from joining a contest they paid for, a full refund may be issued.
- Duplicate Transactions: In case of unintended duplicate transactions, League11 will investigate and process a refund for the duplicate amount.
- League11 Discretion: League11 reserves the right to authorize refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund, users must contact League11 support through the available channels (email, in-app support).
- The request should clearly state the reason for the refund and include relevant details like transaction ID, contest ID (if applicable), and a brief explanation.
- League11 will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Important Notes
- League11 does not offer refunds for:
- Joining a free contest and then deciding not to participate.
- Making a mistake while creating a team.
- Losses incurred during gameplay.
- League11's decision on refunds is final.
