What is The Hundred League?

The Hundred is a professional franchise 100-ball cricket League which eight men’s and eight women’s teams located. The Hundred League is a shorter format of cricket than Twenty20, with each team batting for 100 balls instead of 120. The fielding side changes end after every 10 balls, and bowlers can bowl either five or 10 consecutive balls. There are also two timeouts per innings, each of which lasts for two minutes.

History of The Hundred League

Difference between The Hundred League and Other Major Leagues

• No ball: In this league, each no-ball is rewarded as two runs and a free hit; on the other hand, other t20 leagues give one run and a free hit.
• Slow Over Rate: In case of slow over rate, the team is penalized and they have to put one more fielder inside the 30-yard circle
